1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Unboxing video proof is required at the time of opening the package to validate the claim.
- The request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
Note: Refund or replacement for Rank Files or any other publication is applicable only if the customer records an unboxing video clearly showing the issue upon first opening the package.
2. Process for Claiming Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement request:
- Email us at support@vocabspediapublications.com with:
- Your order ID
- Unboxing video showing the fault or damage
- A brief description of the issue
- Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, we will process:
- A replacement, or
- A full/partial refund to your original payment method, as appropriate.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to provide an unboxing video showing the defect
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
- Digital products or eBooks (unless not delivered or inaccessible)
- Items returned without prior approval
- Damages caused by customer misuse or mishandling
4. Shipping Costs
- If a replacement is approved due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will bear the shipping cost.
- If the customer is returning the product for any other reason, shipping charges are non-refundable.
