Vocabspedia Publications is the publishing and book distribution division of Vocabspedia E-learning. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to cancellation of book orders, publication services, and related transactions made through our website.
- Order Cancellation for Physical Books
Customers may request cancellation of book orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests made after the order has been processed, packed, or shipped will not be accepted.
If the order has already been shipped, customers may refuse delivery or contact our support team for further assistance. - Digital Products & E-books
Due to the nature of digital products, e-books, PDFs, downloadable materials, and digital study resources cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased or accessed. - Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
a damaged book,
defective product,
or wrong item,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof. After verification, replacement or refund will be provided at the discretion of Vocabspedia Publications.
